Personal:

As I start this blog, I am in my senior year of high school and am starting from scratch. I was injured early on indoor season, and have not competed since running 2:19 on a torn groin 2 months ago. I am looking to get healthy and run 1:59 before I graduate from HS.

I ran twice this weekend, but I'm going to record both runs for today so that I can log them for the week. I figure I'll take saturday off so it will balance out anyway.

 

 

Anyway yesterday was a beach/trail run of 5 miles in 40 minutes

Today was a street/main road run of 4 miles in about 37 minutes.

groin is a little sore but will ice later.
